Running a successful Pilates studio means constantly balancing available reformers, instructor schedules and client preferences. To digitalise our business, we tried this platform, created specifically to optimise class management and bookings.
Our initial goal was to reduce one-to-one communication with clients about booking and cancelling classes, then make it easier for instructors and clients to check the status of their class packs, reservations and more.
- Clients can now book or cancel a class in just three taps on their phones, which has dramatically reduced the number of direct messages and calls to our reception.
- The system accurately tracks the number of classes remaining in each client's pack and automatically reminds them when it is time to renew.
Using the app has made our organisation much easier and improved our business.
The simplicity of the app, together with the ongoing technical support we receive for unexpected situations, means that using it is not an additional source of stress for us or our clients, but a genuine pleasure.
